COVID brought remarkable transformation to the restaurant industry, and these changes show no sign of slowing down now. As we enter 2022, COVID remains present, labor is still touch-and-go, and technology continues to impact prep, ordering, customer service, and really all aspects of the dining experience.
We’ve surveyed the landscape, met with customers, and attended events with innovators across the industry (and even overseen a few presentations ourselves!). As a result, we have some key insights into what you can expect the restaurant industry to go through in 2022.
