Also known as Decision Logic’s “Team Evangelist,” Mandi got her first job at 13, waiting tables at a café. Her brother-in-law gave her sound advice — "Keep their drinks full and keep smiling; you will do well."

She’s performed numerous jobs in the restaurant industry, including restaurant manager, and has always strived to make the next customer’s experience better than the last.

Currently, she uses her experience to help restaurant operators solve sales, marketing, and operational issues utilizing leading edge software.

What do you love most about Decision Logic?

We do things differently on purpose, and our team offers best-in-class service. Our customers love us.

Any unsolicited advice for prospects?

We are purposefully different, and we help restaurateurs get real results. If they can embrace those differences, we get real results.

Favorite food?

I am a foodie! I love many different styles and types of food. I make it my mission to eat at my partners’ concepts and have a favorite dish at each place. My husband is a chef, so at home we eat a wide variety of dishes. And chocolate — which should be its own food group.

Favorite beverage?

I love craft beer, bold red wine, and vodka soda.
